  5. NOTE:  These Documentations were typed off of the NINTENDO version of
  6.        the game, so there will be differences, but they should be
  7.        similar and give you the general commands and objectives.

  10. DISPLAYS:

  12.      a) Main Display:
  13.  
  14.         The present conditions in your country are shown in this mode. Any
  15.         commands about running your country or negotiating with other
  16.         countries are also given in this mode. You have one turn for every
  17.         month of the year.  You may issue one order per state per month.
  18.  
  19.      b) Map Display:
  20.  
  21.         The map display shows the 58 states of China.  They are shown in
  22.         colors corresponding to the master who governs them, so you can tell
  23.         the difference between your states and those of your enemies.
  24.  
  25.      c) Battle Display:
  26.  
  27.         Whenever one of your states goes to war or is attacked, the
  28.         battlefield of the state that is being invaded will be displayed.
  29.         During the war you may issue one command per unit per day.
  30.  
  31. CONDITIONS FOR VICTORY:
  32.      Your goal is to unify the 58 states of Second Century China. In levels
  33.      1 through 4, after you fufill the requirements to complete that level,
  34.      your next goal automatically becomes the unification of the entire
  35.      country.
